Shipping policy

Print orders for small prints and matted prints  – ship within 2 days and shipping is free for these in the USA only. “If you would like to have shipped to other countries please use the fine art and Metal print section.”

Fine art and Metal Prints – Drop-ship withing 7 days and shipping is calculated at check out.

Clothing Orders – are POD (Print on Demand) so they take time 7-21 days so please plan accordingly. There will be select items that will be on hand, but it will be limited. Shipping is included in all our POD products.

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation by email. Print on Demand (POD) items can take 7-14 days to make. Most 100% cotton items can take up to 14 days.  You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Shipping of these orders can take 10-20 business days for shipping.

Shipping Promise

If the items are lost in delivery or logistic is not updated over 30 days under normal conditions, The Colorful Cosmos will give a full refund or resend.

  1. Parcel is lost during shipping.
  2. Logistic is not updated for 30 days.

The logistics stagnation caused by political movement/natural disaster risk/military control/warfare/force majeure factors  and customs seizure are  not within the scope of responsibility.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hansonastronomy@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will investigate it for you.

Damage

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hansonastronomy@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
